We encourage you to keep us honest using third party speed test sites. We like www.speedtest.net.

If you have our Managed WiFi service you can do this through the included app see. If not, please reference your router manufacturer’s instructions.

Unplug the power cable from the router or disconnect it from the outlet. Wait 30 seconds, plug it back in, wait a minute or so for the router to boot back up.
